Andrei Wiktorowitsch Padin ( Russian Андрей Викторович Падин ; born February 20, 1969 ) is a former Russian biathlete .

Andrei Padin ran for the first time in 1996 in Osrblie in the biathlon world cup and finished 22nd in an individual. With that he also won his first points in his first race and achieved his best World Cup placement. He competed in the last World Cup races at the start of the following season in Lillehammer . In Windischgarsten he won the silver medal behind the relay from Germany with Vladimir Bechterew , Alexei Sidorow and Eduard Rjabow at the 1997 European Biathlon Championships . In the sprint he won ahead of Jože Poklukar and Tomaž Globočnikthe title. Until the beginning of the 2000s, Padin continued to compete in races like those of the European Cup .
