Ann Eleonora Jørgensen
Ann Eleonora Jørgensen (born October 16, 1965 in Hjørring , Denmark ) is a Danish actress .
Jørgensen studied at the Danish Theater School. Since 1993 she has worked as an actress for stage, film and television. She had the first leading role in 1993 in the feature film Sidste omgang by the Danish director Thomas Vinterberg . In 2001 she was honored with the award for best supporting actress and the European Shooting Star at the Robert Festival in Copenhagen ; In 2004 she received the Audience Award for her role in In Your Hands at the International Women's Festival in Bordeaux .
In Germany she became known for the film Italian for Beginners and the crime series Kommissarin Lund - Das Verbrechen ( ZDF ).
