Annabel Ellwood (born February 2, 1978 in Canberra ) is a former Australian tennis player .
Career
Ellwood began playing tennis at the age of nine. At Canberra International she reached her only final on the WTA Tour in 2001 with Nannie de Villiers , which she lost 4: 6 and 6: 7 2 to Nicole Arendt / Ai Sugiyama . She was more successful at tournaments of the ITF Women's Circuit , where she celebrated nine singles and 14 doubles titles.
For the Australian Fed Cup team , she played five games in 1997 and 1998 (record: singles 2: 2, doubles 1: 0). She also represented her home country at the 1998 Hopman Cup .
