The Australian Fed Cup team is the national tennis team of Australia that is used in the Fed Cup . The Fed Cup (until 1995 Federation Cup) is the most important competition for national teams in women's tennis, analogous to the Davis Cup for men.

history

Australia, which first competed in the Fed Cup in 1963, is one of only four countries to have competed in all of the Fed Cup championships. The Australian team has won the Fed Cup seven times.
