The Slovak Fed Cup team is the national tennis team of Slovakia that is used in the Fed Cup . The Fed Cup (until 1995 Federation Cup) is the most important national competition in women's tennis, analogous to the Davis Cup for men.

Czechoslovakia has won the title five times so far; the titles were credited to the Czech Republic, which is actually incorrect. Radomira Zrubáková won the first point in the final in 1988.
