The Slovak Fed Cup team is the national tennis team of Slovakia that is used in the Fed Cup . The Fed Cup (until 1995 Federation Cup) is the most important national competition in women's tennis, analogous to the Davis Cup for men.

Czechoslovakia has won the title five times so far; the titles were credited to the Czech Republic, which is actually incorrect. Radomira Zrubáková won the first point in the final in 1988. Slovakia first took part in the Fed Cup in 1992. The best performance was the title win in 2002. On 2 . On November 3rd and 3rd, 2002 in Maspalomas Daniela Hantuchová defeated Magüi Serna 6: 2, 6: 1 and Conchita Martínez 6: 7 (8), 7: 4, 6: 4. Janette Husárová won the third point with a 6-0, 6-2 win over Arantxa Sánchez Vicario .
