The French Fed Cup team is the national tennis team of France used in the Fed Cup . The Fed Cup (until 1995 Federation Cup) is the most important competition for national teams in women's tennis, analogous to the Davis Cup for men.
history
France first took part in the Fed Cup in 1963. France is one of only four nations that have participated in all Fed Cup championships so far. The team won the title in 1997, 2003 and 2019 and also made it to the finals in 2004, 2005 and 2016.
