Evie Dominikovic (born May 29, 1980 in Sydney ) is a former Australian tennis player of Yugoslav descent. Except for the WTA tournament in Bali, she only won ITF tournaments in Australia and Switzerland . The last tournament victory was in 2004.

Career

Your last coach was Adrian Montesinos. She used to be coached by Chris Kachel . She grew up with an older brother named Chris and a younger sister named Daniella. Daniella Jeflea is also an ITF level tennis player, the second highest category in tennis. Her father Ivan is a butcher, her mother Anna is a cook.

In 1997, she made her WTA Tour and Grand Slam debut with a wildcard at the Australian Open . In 1998 she won at the side of Alicia Molik the double of the juniors at the Australian Open. Her best result in Grand Slam tournaments in singles was reaching the 3rd round at the Australian Open 2001 and 2003 and the French Open 2002 . She achieved her best Grand Slam result in doubles alongside Marissa Irvin when she reached the round of 16 at the 2001 US Open .
