Annaliese Schönau , later: Krackhardt-Schönau (born November 24, 1907 in Schlochau , Marienwerder district ; † October 15, 1977 in Berlin ), was a German politician ( SPD ).

Annaliese Schönau graduated from high school in 1927 and then studied law at the universities of Heidelberg , Freiburg im Breisgau , Munich and Berlin . In 1932 she completed the first state examination and became a trainee lawyer at the Berlin Court of Appeal . In 1935 she was dismissed for political reasons and from 1938 she worked in the commercial sector.

After the Second World War , Schönau joined the SPD in 1945. She worked for the German Central Administration for Industry in the Soviet Occupation Zone , and from 1947 she worked in the judicial service. In the Berlin election in 1948 she was elected to the city ​​council of Greater Berlin . In the following election in 1950 , Schönau was also elected to the Berlin House of Representatives. From 1955 she was a district judge and from 1960 president of the senate at the higher court.
