Annedore Oberborbeck

Annedore Oberborbeck (* 1982 in Hanover , Lower Saxony ) is a German-Hungarian violinist.

Career

At the age of eleven, Oberborbeck made her debut as a soloist in the Lower Saxony State Opera . She attended the University of Music and Theater in Hanover and later the Juilliard School of Music in New York and completed her training at the Nuremberg University of Music . Oberborbeck gained experience as a soloist and chamber musician in Carnegie Hall , Lincoln Center New York, Gewandhaus Leipzig and the Berlin Philharmonic .

In 2013 she became first concertmaster of the Tyrolean Symphony Orchestra Innsbruck and lecturer at the Tyrolean State Conservatory .

  • Scholarship at the Sarasate competition in Pamplona (2007)
  • Scholarship from the Oscar and Vera Ritter Foundation (2008)
  • Ferenc-Friscay scholarship from the German Symphony Orchestra Berlin
  • 2000 Classix Festival Braunschweig award
  • Prize at the Yfrah Neaman International Competition
