Anneliese Felber

Anneliese Felber (born June 20, 1957 in Fürstenfeld ) is an Austrian Catholic church historian .

Life

After studying the combined religious education with classical philology / Latin and theology, she received her thesis Ecclesia ex gentibus congregata at the University of Graz . The interpretation of Rahabepisode (Joshua 2) in the patristic 1991 doctorate and in 2012 at the University of Salzburg with the work patristic exegesis explosiveness and diversity of patrology and Early Church History habilitation . She received the license to teach in patrology and ancient church history. Her main research interests are biblical interpretation and women's studies in the context of patristics and antiquity and Christianity. Since 2012 she has been an associate professor at the Institute for Ecumenical Theology, Eastern Church Orthodoxy and Patrology at the University of Graz.
