Annely Rothkegel

Annely Rothkegel (* 1942 in Düsseldorf ) is a linguist and professor at the Technical University of Chemnitz .

Life

After studying at the University of Saarbrücken , she did her doctorate there on fixed syntagms and worked in the special research area "Electronic Language Research". After holding positions at the universities in Koblenz and Greifswald , she received a professorship at the Hanover University of Applied Sciences in 1994 . There she was involved in setting up the technical editing course . Since 2003 she has been a professor for applied linguistics and technical communication at the Technical University of Chemnitz.

Rothkegel also worked for research or teaching purposes at the universities of Aarhus , Hiroshima and Warsaw, among others .
