Ansgar Hense

Ansgar Hense (* 1965 in Geseke ) is a German state church lawyer .

Life

Ansgar Hense studied after graduating from the school Antonianum Geseke Law at the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz , the University of Bayreuth and the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg . After the legal state examination in 1997, he started ringing bells and strikes a clock with his work on state church law . The use of church bells in the ecclesiastical and state legal system in Freiburg for Dr. iur. PhD . He was a research assistant at the Law Faculty of the Technical University of Dresden . After completing his habilitation in 2004, he was a private lecturer at the TU Dresden, while also working at the Institute for State Church Law in Bonn.

He is an adjunct professor at the Technical University of Dresden and teaches at the law faculty. At the Institute for Canon Law at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster , he teaches state church law. In addition, he is acting head of the Canon Institute at the University of Potsdam.

In 2011 he was appointed director of the Bonn Institute for State Church Law of the Dioceses of Germany . He succeeds Wolfgang Rüfner .

He is a member of the administrative board of the Catholic University of North Rhine-Westphalia . Hense has been a member of the Rheno-Palatia Breslau zu Mainz student association as well as the KDSt.V. Hohenstaufen Freiburg im Breisgau and the KDStV Langobardia (Munich) to Bayreuth, all in CV .
