Anthony LaMolinara is a director , screenwriter , animator, and film technician who specializes in visual effects .

Life

LaMolinara's greatest success so far was the film Spider-Man 2, for which he was nominated for numerous film awards and even won an Oscar . In 2005 he made his debut as a director and screenwriter for the short film drama Lonesome Matador , in which Jaime Ray Newman and Richard Tyson play the leading roles. It premiered on March 17, 2005 at the Pensacola Film Festival and three days later the film opened in cinemas across the USA. The film was not released in other countries.
