Antje Ippensen

Antje Ippensen (born February 18, 1965 in Oldenburg ) is a German writer .

biography

Antje Ippensen has lived in Mannheim since 1985 . She initially trained as a European secretary and also worked in the profession before studying literature and linguistics as well as politics and philosophy for several semesters. Since 2008 Antje Ippensen has been jointly responsible for the continuation of the dark fantasy saga about Ben Corrigan, which began in the mid-1990s. In 2011 the 6th paperback of the saga "CORRIGAN: Zeitstrom" was published. In 2009 Antje Ippensen achieved 3rd place in the TCE's " Peter Terrid Memory Competition" ( Perry Rhodan ) with her story "Stranger Than a Dream". Further awards: 2nd Prize from the PEN Club Liechtenstein 1991, FDA Prize for a fantastic short story 1998, Best Poem of the City of Mannheim , selected by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Culture in 1999 with the contribution (“Places for Words”). In 2006 the SF short story “Alles wandelt sich” (published by Wurdack-Verlag in the anthology “Überuss”) was nominated for the Kurd-Laßwitz-Preis and reached place 9. Since the end of 2007 erotic publications, e.g. B. in the Charon publishing house: "Bad Tales" No. 21 and 25. Antje Ippensen is a member of the Free German Association of Authors in Baden-Württemberg.
