Anton Gillmann
Anton Gillmann (born August 5, 1904 in Merdingen , † November 4, 1967 in Freiburg im Breisgau ) was a German farmer and politician ( CDU ).
Life
Gillmann worked as a farmer in Merdingen. He joined the CDU after the Second World War and was chairman of the CDU district association Freiburg-Land from 1952 to 1959. From 1948 to 1952 he was mayor of the Merdingen community. From 1952 to 1953 he was a member of the state constitutional assembly and then until 1956 a member of the Baden-Württemberg state parliament .
