Anton Koch (politician)

Anton Koch (born August 1, 1882 in Prinkofen , † September 24, 1961 in Regensburg ) was a German landowner and politician.

Life

Koch attended elementary school, the agricultural school and the agricultural school in Schönbrunn near Landshut . He then worked as an intern and administrator on various properties in Bavaria. Between 1914 and 1918 he served in the First World War . In 1925 he became self-employed as a tenant. In 1948 he bought the Amerhofs near Niedertraubling .

Until it was dissolved in 1933, Koch was a member of the Bavarian Christian Farmers' Association. After the end of the Second World War he was a co-founder of the Bavarian Farmers' Association (BBV) and from 1946 a member of the executive committee there. From 1949 until his death he was President of the BBV District Association of Upper Palatinate.

As a representative of the Agriculture and Forestry Group, he was a member of the Bavarian Senate from its constitution in December 1947 until his death .
