Anton Kreitmair (born July 14, 1963 in Altomünster ) is a German politician ( CSU ).

Education, work and family

Anton Kreitmair attended from 1969 to 1978, the high school and earned a technical college course the high school . From 1978 to 1980 he attended the Pfarrkirchen vocational school . The Pfarrkirchen vocational school followed from 1980 to 1981 . From 1981 he completed his professional training as a farmer with subsequent agricultural school in Dachau . After completing compulsory military service in the Bundeswehr , he graduated from the agricultural school in Landsberg am Lech from 1987 to 1988 . He runs a farm in Kleinberghofen (Dachau district)

He is Roman Catholic , married and has 3 children.

Political and honorary offices

Kreitmair has been the local chairman in the Bavarian Farmers' Association since 1991 , and in Erdweg since 1996 a local councilor . In 2004 he became district chairman in the Dachau district association of the Bavarian Farmers' Association , where he has also been district president for Upper Bavaria since 2012 .

Since 2002 member of the Dachau district council. He joined the CSU in 2007 .

In the state elections in Bavaria in 2013 , he moved into the Bavarian state parliament via the list in the constituency of Upper Bavaria .

Parliamentary duties

Kreitmair is a member of the Committee for Food, Agriculture and Forestry, and a member of the Committee for Environment and Consumer Protection in the Bavarian State Parliament.
