Antonio Carella
Antonio Carella (born May 24, 1949 in Turin ) is an Italian film director and documentary filmmaker .
Life
Carella graduated in philosophy and graduated from the Scuola di cinema e televisione in Milan . In 1984 he made his first documentary . With his only feature film , Incontro ai giorni from 1991 (based on his own script ), he took part in several film festivals .
Carella has been working for RAI since 1990 and has made films a. a. on the topics of AIDS , landmines in Afghanistan and for numerous programs. He participated in numerous scripts for biographical films on international politicians . From 2003 to 2005 he was program director for RAI Educational ; In 2006 he made a documentary about the Calabrian songwriter Rino Gaetano .
