Antonio Pangallo (born February 4, 1990 in Ulm ) is a German - Italian soccer player who has been under contract with the Bavarian regional league club FV Illertissen since the 2017/18 season .

Career

Pangallo began playing football as a child in the youth of the Ulm district association TV Wiblingen . In 2000, at the age of ten, he moved to the youth department of SSV Ulm 1846, where he went through various youth teams.

For the 2008/09 season he joined the first team of the sparrows playing in the Regionalliga Süd . He made his debut on August 15, 2008 (1st matchday) in a 2-1 away win over SSV Reutlingen when he came on for Burak Tastan in the 88th minute . In the two and a half years of membership in the club, he developed into an important player within the team and played 54 regional league games for SSV Ulm.

In December 2010, Pangallo completed a trial training at FC Bayern Munich and was able to convince there. After Ulmer filed for insolvency at the beginning of 2011 and the announcement that the club had to be relegated at the end of the season according to the DFB statutes, Pangallo switched to third division FC Bayern Munich II during the winter break of the 2010/11 season . To help SSV Ulm financially , FC Bayern Munich paid a voluntary transfer fee for him. He played his first game in a professional league on January 22, 2011 (20th matchday) in the 0-2 defeat in the away game against Wacker Burghausen ; after 18 league appearances for Bayern , the relegation to the Regionalliga Süd followed , which was named Regionalliga Bayern after the regional league reform in 2012. On October 13, 2012 (17th matchday) in the 2-0 win in the away game against TSV 1896 Rain , he scored his first league goal in the senior division with the 1-0 in the 24th minute. At the end of the 2012/13 season he left FC Bayern Munich and moved to league rivals FC Augsburg II .

During the winter break of the 2014/2015 season, he rejoined SSV Ulm 1846, for which he played in the Baden-Württemberg Oberliga until the end of the 2016/17 season . The Bavarian regional league team FV Illertissen signed him for the 2017/18 season .

National team

In November 2010, Pangallo was invited to a screening course for the German U-21 national team in Frankfurt.
