House Apfelallee 13 in the Obermenzing district of Munich

The Apfelallee 13 building in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1903. The villa in Apfelallee is a protected architectural monument with the ID D-1-62-000-366.

The two-storey building received a rear extension in 1909. The villa is a typical example of the local country house style with wooden components of the Pasing II villa colony .
