The Apfelallee 23 building in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was probably built in 1902. The villa in the apple alley of the Pasing II villa colony is a protected architectural monument .

description

The two-storey building was built according to plans by Otto Numberger and Carl Nicolay . The house with a mansard hipped roof and bay window on the ground floor was extended at the rear as early as 1903.

In the 2010s, the new owners carried out a comprehensive renovation, with the original staircase being carefully restored with balusters .
