The Apfelallee 7 building in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built around 1900. The villa in the apple avenue of the villa colony Pasing II is a protected architectural monument with the ID D-1-62-000-364.

description

The two-story building originally had a curved gable. After damage in the Second World War, the gable roof with a smooth triangular gable was put on. The bay window on the ground floor is adorned by a triangular gable. The entrance and the stairwell are in a side porch.
