The Apfelallee 16 building in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1898. The villa on Apfelallee is a protected architectural monument .

The two-storey building was built according to plans by August Exter's office , who designed many other houses in the Pasing II villa colony . The house has a roofed average risk . During the renovation in 1976, the wooden balconies in the upper and attic floors, which had given the originally rural character, were removed.
