The Apfelallee 2 building in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built around 1900. The villa in the Apfelallee is a protected architectural monument with the ID D-1-62-000-360.

The two-storey building with a balcony niche on the gable side has a side bay window . The villa is a typical example of the local country house style with wooden components of the Pasing II villa colony .
