The house at Apfelallee 26a in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1897/98. The villa in Apfelallee is a protected architectural monument with the ID D-1-62-000-373.

The plans for the building were drawn up in August Exter's architectural office. The baroque style villa has a gable field with a stucco sundial . The entrance on the house corner is marked with the year 1898. A figure depicting the Immaculata decorates the open entrance area supported by a column .
