The Apfelallee 17 building in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1908. The villa in the apple avenue of the villa colony Pasing II is a protected architectural monument with the ID D-1-62-000-369.

The two-storey building with a ground floor bay was built according to plans by Johann Schalk in the reform style. The stairwell is designed as a polygonal risalit .
