The Arbas is a river in France that runs in the Haute-Garonne department in the Occitanie region . It rises under the name Goute d'Escouch in the southern municipality of Herran , changes its name several times in its upper reaches, generally drains in a north-easterly direction and after around 19 kilometers flows into the Salat as a left tributary in the local area of Mane .
