Kaiserslautern Labor Court
The Kaiserslautern Labor Court , a labor court , is one of the five labor courts in Rhineland-Palatinate .
Seat and District of the Court
The court has its seat in Kaiserslautern at Bahnhofstrasse 24 . In Pirmasens it maintains “Foreign Chambers”. Court days are also held in Zweibrücken , in the building of the Palatinate Higher Regional Court .
The Kaiserslautern Labor Court is locally responsible for legal disputes from the cities of Kaiserslautern , Pirmasens and Zweibrücken , the Kaiserslautern district , the Kusel district , the Südwestpfalz district and the Donnersberg district. The factual jurisdiction results from the Labor Court Act .
Superior courts
The regional labor court of Rhineland-Palatinate in Mainz and the Federal Labor Court in Erfurt are superordinate to the Kaiserslautern Labor Court.
