Labor Court Trier

The Trier Labor Court , a court of labor jurisdiction , is one of the five labor courts in Rhineland-Palatinate .

Seat and District of the Court

The court has its seat in Trier at Dietrichstrasse 13 . It holds court days in Bernkastel-Kues and Gerolstein .

The Trier labor court is locally responsible for legal disputes from the city of Trier , the district of Bernkastel-Wittlich , the district of Bitburg-Prüm , the district of Vulkaneifel and the district of Trier-Saarburg . The factual jurisdiction results from the Labor Court Act .

Superior courts

The regional labor court of Rhineland-Palatinate in Mainz and the Federal Labor Court in Erfurt are superordinate to the Trier labor court .
