Ariada-NCh Wolschsk ( Russian ХК Ариада-НХ Волжск ) is a former Russian ice hockey club from Wolschsk . The team played in the Vysschaya Hockey League until 2017 and played their home games in the Ariada Ice Palace. The club colors were blue, white and red. Most recently, the club belonged to the KHL participant Neftechimik Nizhnekamsk before it was dissolved in the summer of 2017.

The club was founded in 1996 and initially took part in the game operations of the then Perwaja Liga , the third division. In 2003, the club was included in the Wysschaja Liga , the second Russian division, and in this context changed its name to Ariada-Akpars Wolschsk . From the 2010/11 season, the team took part in the game operations of the new second division, the Wysschaja Hockey League .

In the 2012/13 season, Ariada-Akpars served as the farm team for Metallurg Novokuznetsk . In June 2013 the club name was changed to Ariada Wolschsk.

Ariada Wolschsk acted as the farm team of KHL participant HK Lada Tolyatti . After financial problems in 2016, the club was taken over by KHL participant Neftechimik Nizhnekamsk and functions as their farm team until 2017. In the summer of 2017, Neftechimik ended its involvement in Wolschsk, canceled all contracts and finally dissolved Ariada Wolschsk.
