Ariez Elyaas Deen Heshaam (born December 24, 1993 in Sarawak ) is a former Malaysian tennis player .

Career

Deen Heshaam played mainly tournaments of the lower class ITF Future Tour and ATP Challenger Tour . His most successful result was reaching the semifinals of a future tournament. In 2010 and 2011 he played in qualifying for the tournament in Kuala Lumpur , but clearly lost both games in straight sets. He made his debut on the ATP World Tour in 2011 in the double competition of the Malaysian Open , where he received a wildcard with his compatriot Ahmed Deedat Abdul Razak . In the first round they lost against the third seed list and later finalists František Čermák and Filip Polášek with 2: 6, 2: 6. A year later, Deen Heshaam played the tournament in Kuala Lumpur again thanks to a wildcard . This time he competed in the individual competition, but had no chance against Igor Sijsling in the first round . This duel was also his last game on the professional tour. His best placement in singles and doubles is outside the top 1000.

From 2010 to 2015 Deen Heshaam played for the Malaysian Davis Cup team . He had a record of 4-8 in singles and 0-5 in doubles.
