Arne von Boetticher

Arne von Boetticher (* 1970 in Oldenburg ) is a German social and legal scientist .

Life

Von Boetticher graduated from high school in Oldenburg in 1990. From 1991 to 1995 he studied social sciences at the Alice Salomon University in Berlin and graduated with a diploma . From 1995 to 1999 he studied law at the Humboldt University in Berlin . After his first state examination , he did his doctorate from 2000 to 2003 on the subject of the effects of European state aid law on the privileges of non-profit providers of social services in Germany and also worked as a research assistant for Professor Johannes Münder at the Technical University of Berlin from 2001 to 2004 . His first publications date from this time, e. B. Participation in teaching and standard commentary on SGB ​​II and SGB ​​XII . He completed his legal clerkship in 2004 with the great state examination in law.

In 2004 he began his professional activity as a legal advisor at the AOK Federal Association in Bonn , but was seconded to the Federal Social Court in Kassel for 15 months as a research assistant in the following year . After his return in 2006, he became a consultant for health and social policy, but on August 1, 2011, he switched to the Association of Substitute Funds (vdek) as head of the legal department . In 2012 he followed a call as a lecturer for the field of law at the social affairs department of the Ernst Abbe University in Jena and was elected dean of this department on February 1, 2015 .
