Arno Kahl

Arno Kahl (born February 1970 in Innsbruck ) is an Austrian law scholar and university professor . Arno Kahl was born in February 1970 in the Tyrolean capital Innsbruck and grew up there. During his doctoral studies, Arno Kahl started working as a university assistant at the then Institute for Public Law, Finance Law and Political Science at the University of Innsbruck. Two years later, at the age of 39, Arno Kahl was finally able to take over from Siegbert Morscher on March 1, 2009 as a full professor at the Institute for Public Law, Political Science and Administration.
