The Arroyo Del Cerro Chato is a river in Uruguay .
It rises on the border of the Salto department to the neighboring Rivera department to the west of Masoller . From there it runs in a westerly direction, past the Cerro Cachorro in the south and the Cerro Chato in the north and flows upstream of the Paso Jouvin as a right tributary into the Río Arapey .
