The Arroyo Margarita is a river in Uruguay .
It rises a few kilometers east of Ismael Cortinas near the Ruta 23 running there . From there it flows in the area of the Flores department in a north-westerly direction. It flows north of Ismael Cortinas on the border to the neighboring Soriano district as a right-hand tributary into the Arroyo Grande .
