The Arroyo Reina is a river in western Uruguay .
It rises in the Cuchilla de Belén in the Salto department southeast of Belén . From there it flows in a south-southwest direction and finally flows as a right-hand tributary into the Arroyo Boycua near its confluence with the Río Uruguay .
