The Arroyo Boycua is a river in western Uruguay .

The river, located in the Salto department, has its source a few kilometers southeast of Belén and northwest of Termas del Arapey in the Cuchilla de Belén . From there it flows in a westerly direction before ending south of Belén and north of the mouth of the Río Arapey Grande as a left-hand tributary in the Río Uruguay . About halfway through it is crossed by Ruta 3 in a north-south direction.
