The Arroyo San Gregorio is a river in the south of Uruguay .
On its course in the south-westerly direction of flow, it initially forms the border between the departments of San José and Flores . It leads past San Gregorio , not far south of its bank . As a tributary on the left, it flows into the Río San José not far from the Paso de la Barra del San Gregorio .
