The Arroyo Sarandí is a river in northern Uruguay .
It has its source in the Artigas department on the border with the neighboring Salto department . The Cuchilla de Belén and the Cuchilla de los Arapeyes meet in the source region . From there it flows in a westerly to northwest direction and flows east of Paso Campamento as a left tributary into the Arroyo Cuaró Grande .
