The Arroyo Segovia is a river in western Uruguay .
The river, which is a few kilometers long, has its source in the Cuchilla de Belén in the Salto department southeast of Belén . From there it flows in a westerly direction and in some parts forms the southern border of the aforementioned city. It finally flows south of Belén as a left tributary into the Río Uruguay .
