Kind Linson

Art Linson (* 1942 in Chicago , Illinois ) is an American film producer , director and screenwriter .

Linson's productions include an impressive number of box office hits including The Untouchables , Melvin and Howard , Dick Tracy , The Damned of War and Fast Times At Ridgemont High . He also produced The Ghosts I Called ... , Singles - Lonely Together , code name: Nina and American Hot Wax , which Linson also co-wrote. The film Heat with Al Pacino and Robert De Niro is now the fourth project that Linson realized with De Niro. Before that, they both worked on Brian de Palma's The Untouchables , Neil Jordan's We Are Not Angels and Michael Caton-Jones This Boy's Life together. In the early 1980s, Art Linson also made two direct appearances: on Blast with Bill Murray and the teen comedy The Wild Life , for which Cameron Crowe wrote the script. Linson also wrote two books.
