Asahi Masuyama ( Japanese 増 山 朝陽 , Masuyama Asahi ; born January 29, 1997 in Fukuoka , Fukuoka Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Asahi Masuyama learned to play soccer on the school team at Higashi Fukuoka High School . He signed his first professional contract with Vissel Kobe in 2015 . The club from Kobe , a city on the island of Honshū , played in the highest Japanese league, the J1 League . He was loaned to Yokohama FC for the 2015 season. With the club from Yokohama he played in the second division, the J2 League . For the club, he completed nine second division games. At the beginning of 2018, he returned to Kobe after the loan. In 2019 he won the Emperor's Cup with Vissel . In the final they defeated the first division team Kashima Antlers 2-0. At the beginning of 2020 he was loaned to the second division Avispa Fukuoka from Fukuoka .
