Aspermia is the medical term for the absence of the ejaculate , with or without sperm of the (seed) despite the occurrence of a orgasm neurophysiologically from the sexual center in the diencephalon triggered and directly a ejaculation causing involuntary contractions of the sexual organs , and is not to be confused with an azoospermia , absence of semen maturation cells and sperm cells in an ejaculate, or anejaculation , the absence of involuntary contractions of the genital organs and thus the absence of ejaculation when an orgasm is present.
