The Associação de Freguesias do Vale do Neiva is a Portuguese municipality ( Freguesia ) in the district ( concelho ) Ponte de Lima in northwest Portugal .

history

The municipality was created in the course of the regional reform of September 29, 2013 by merging the former municipalities of Gaifar , Sandiães and Vilar das Almas . Sandiães became the seat of the new administration.
