Sandiães is a place and a former municipality ( freguesia ) in the northern Portuguese district of Ponte de Lima in the Minho-Lima subregion .

The community had 436 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011).

On September 29, 2013, the parishes of Sandiães, Vilar das Almas and Gaifar were merged to form the new parish Associação de Freguesias do Vale do Neiva .
