More houses from Lindgren's world were added, all on a scale of 1: 3. In 1989 the Riquma group bought the entire plant. The company Astrid Lindgren's World AB was founded. Many new locations were added. In 1990 the "Heckenrosental" (The Löwenherz Brothers) was built in its original size, and in 1991 the "Noisemaker Street" was also in its original size. In the year 2000 the "Krachmacherstrasse" was supplemented by the "Skolgatan" and shops, restaurants and cafes were set up on both streets. In the summer of 2007, the first location under one roof was added: “Holidays on Saltkrokan”. In 2009 a new "Villa Kunterbunt" was built and a lake with a port area was created.
