The Auer Berg ( 1252 m ), also called Auerberg , is a peak in the Schlierseer Mountains , which belong to the Bavarian Prealps . There are several huts on the back of the Auer Berg.
topography
The Auer Berg is a mostly wooded summit of the ridge that drops between Gindelalm over the Auer Berg, the Rainer Berg to the Huberspitz (1052 m) to Schliersee . The highest point of the Auer Berg is located directly above the Gindelalm and can be easily reached from there. The way to the Gindelalm can be reached by hikers and by mountain bike via a forest road, the Gindelalmstraße from Hausham .
