On the Baar is a 615  m high mountain in the High Westerwald and after Höllberg  ( 643  m ) and Großefeld ( 619  m ) the third highest Hessian elevation of this low mountain range . It lies between Waldaubach and Heisterberg , two districts of Driedorf in the Lahn-Dill district .
