action

The fatally ill nurse Hobday decides to kidnap the president in order to provide his daughter with financial security. The first ransom is handed over to Hobdays, but the police track him down and a chase begins. Lunda develops an increasing understanding of the situation of Hobday, who also has no racist prejudice and is polite and honest towards the colored president. The escape is continued by means of a cable car in an impassable area, the police follow the kidnappers and the kidnapped with helicopters. The informed assassin is also on site as a sniper.

Hobday saves the president's life by throwing himself protectively in front of the president. Shortly afterwards he succumbs to his injuries. But the assassin did not survive his act either. His clients cannot be exposed and remain in the dark. The liberated president mourns Hobday's death.
