August Friedrich von Ende
Baron August Friedrich von Ende (born July 28, 1719 in Altjeßnitz , † May 17, 1797 in Dresden ) was an Electoral Saxon civil servant and owner of two manors. He was President of the Court of Appeal in Dresden.
Life
Ende came from the old noble family of the Electorate of Saxony von Ende , which can be traced around Meissen since the 13th century . He was the son of the Prussian government council and canon of the Halberstadt monastery, Hans Adam Freiherr von Ende (* November 9, 1686; † 1746) and his second wife and was born on the Altjeßnitz manor in the Bitterfeld office . Leopold Nicolaus von Ende was his stepbrother.
In 1750 he bought Daniel von Kayn's manor, Rehmsdorf, and converted the mansion into a representative baroque palace. He also became heir, feudal lord and court lord on Krimmitzschen . He was addressed with your Excellency.
He was in correspondence with the missionary Heinrich Melchior Mühlenberg .
On the morning of May 17, 1797 at around 4 a.m. he died of exhaustion in Neustadt near Dresden and was buried on May 21 in the church there.
He was married to Friderica Eleonora, nee Freiin von Stein. She died on October 26, 1780 on the Rehmsdorf manor. Their children together included the older son Friedrich Carl Freiherr von Ende (born December 22, 1753 in Rehmsdorf), who was Prime Lieutenant in the Regiment Garde du Corps in 1781. Christian Wilhelm Freiherr von Ende (born December 14, 1760 in Rehmsdorf) was his second son. The latter was Rittmeister in 1797.
In 1797, both sons reached a settlement. The eldest son received the entire estate. Friedrich Carl Freiherr von Ende is member of the Stift-Naumburg-Zeitz Chamber Council in 1798. As chairman of the chamber council, he died on February 15, 1813 at the age of 63, leaving behind the sons Leopold Heinrich Friedrich (born July 14, 1782 in Rehmsdorf, chamberlain and hunting squire) and Wilhelm Ludwig Freiherr von Ende (born March 24, 1785 in Rehmsdorf , Chamberlain).
